Exhibitor entry & Useful Contacts

Opening Hours
Ag-Grow QMIX Field Days are open to the general public from 8:00am to 5:00pm 9th, 10th & 11th July 2009. Packing up prior to 5:00pm on Saturday is strongly discouraged.

Admin Office Hours
The Admin office is located in the centre of the field day site.
Office hours are 7.00am -6.00pm for after hours assistance please contact :

Security
A professional security service operates 24 hours on site from Wednesday 5:00pm to 8.00 am Sunday morning. No persons will be allowed on site outside of the field day hours unless arrangements have been made prior.

Exhibitor Passes
Exhibitor passes are on a per person basis. Exhibitor passes are available for collection from the Admin office when you arrive at the field day site. It is important the you collect your passes prior to Thursday as You will need to present your exhibitor pass Thursday morning to avoid an admission charge.

Exhibitor Entry and Parking
Exhibitor entry to the field day will be via the Main Entrance off the Capricorn Highway that enters at the rear of the field day site. It is important that you note it is not the "Exit" gate under the main billboard. Free access will only be granted to exhibitor pass holders.

Please do not park your cars on your site or your neighbours. After unloading your daily supplies exhibitors are requested to park their vehicles in the designated "Exhibitor Only" parking area. Vehicle movement with in the field day perimeter is strictly prohibited between 8.00am & 5:00pm during the three days.

EFTPOS Facilities
There will be Eftpos machines located at the Admin office.

Money / Change
Exhibitors must make their own arrangements with the local banks in regard to money floats for their site.

Often companies approach Admin staff with a desire to attend or have a presence at the field days but do not wish to take the tradition option of a static display. There are a number of sponsorships or internal advertising within the field days that may assist your company in gaining more direct access to the demographic you are targeting.

Ag-Grow's Official Handbook
The Aggrow QMIX handbook is compiled by our corporate partners, the Queensland Country Life and is inserted into approximately 25,000 newspapers throughout Queensland. It is also available to all exhibitors and visitors to Ag-Grow and QMIX. It will be used as a point of future reference for enquiring clients.

If you are serious about gaining market share at Ag-Grow and QMIX, advertising in the Handbook is a must. Booking and copy deadline is June 1 2009. Contact John Thompson on 07 4927 9422.

Radio, TV and Press
Ag-Grow uses an extensive combination of the above to ensure that the Central Highlands and surrounding regions are aware of this annual meeting and marketing event. From May through to July this promotional lead up is very intense and thorough. Should you wish to contribute to this by promoting your company and its involvement Ag-Grow is more than happy to assist you in contacting the correct people of your chosen advertising medium.

Company Flags
Ag-Grow have erected a number of flag poles around the site so please feel welcome to bring your company flags. Flags can be placed on your site and they are also welcomed along our promenade during the three days. Please inform the Ag-Grow office if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity.

Product Listing Forms
If you have not completed one of these forms or your current one may need updating please let us know. These forms assist us in promoting you correctly during the field day and on our web site throughout the year.

PA Annoucements
A public address system operates during the three days and as part of your package a professional announcer advertises your product or services. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure the Admin office has received your company’s PA announcement. During the event we encourage interviews to raise your company’s profile. To arrange an interview enquire at the field day’s admin office.

Radio Announcements
ZINC-HI is positioned in the D & D Coffee Shop (G 13) and Broadcasts live from site on Friday of the field day.
