Bookings and Allocations  Site Bookings
A booking form is available from Ag-Grow by contacting 07 4982
4244 or you can book on online. Care should be exercised when completing
your details on this form as it becomes our primary reference point.
Unless there is a genuine company link site sharing, or "piggy
backing" is not permitted. If in doubt please contact
us for more information. Cancellations
All cancellations should be received in writing before the event.
Do not assume this is received. To save embarrassment please
verbally confirm our receipt of your cancellation. Organizers reserve the right to charge
a cancellation fee for costs incurred. For terms and conditions
please refer to the back of your booking sheet or the terms and
conditions available on this website. Site Allocations
General policy is for exhibitors to be allocated the same site
as the previous year. Ag-Grow make every effort to follow this policy
however reserve the right to alter allocations at their discretion
when necessary. Should you have a special request or specific
need that should be considered when we are allocating your site
please attach it in writing to your booking form. Unless requests are in writing they
will not be taken into consideration wherever possible. Initial
allocations are available mid June. Please note
sites are only allocated on receipt of a completed booking form
and deposit. Full payment of
sites is required by the 30th of April and must be paid for before
site allocations will be given.
Safety
At all times demonstration vehicles may be moving around all parts of the site. Exhibitors should exercise care particularly where children are present. Fire, Police & Ambulance services are on site over the three days and are based in the David Crouch Pavilion off the Admin Office. General vehicle movement on the QMIX site during the hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
Public Liability Insurance
Under new risk management strategies each and every exhibitor must produce a Certificate of Currency of their own public risk insurance. This must show a cover of a minimum $10,000,000. If you have not presented a Certificate of Currency before June 30 a Ag-grow QMIX will be required to obtain public liabilities cover for your site at the cost to you of $129.50 inc per exhibitor.
Health Permits for Food Exhibitors
All food exhibitors must adhere to local council regulations and apply for a temporary catering permit. This is available on request from the Health Department of the Central Highlands Regional Council on 07 4982 8318 or information is available through the admin office.
This must be arranged weeks prior to the event. The Council have stipulated they will be policing all food exhibitors so please avoid any inconvenience by ensuring you have obtained a permit.
