Mastermyne (“MM”) is one of Australia’s leading underground coal mining services
companies. Headquartered in Mackay, MM services mines in Queensland’s Bowen Basin
and in NSW, and counts all of the major mine owners BHP, BMA, Anglo Coal, Rio Tinto and
Xstrata as customers.

In recent times Mastermyne has completed over 35km of Coal Drivage at some of the
country’s most significant new underground coal mines. This drivage included Mains and
Gate Road Drivage as well as Stone Drivage. Mastermyne’s other core competencies
include, Conveyor Installations, Installation of Secondary Support, Roadway Maintenance,
Design and Management of Pit Dewatering, Outbye Maintenance Works and Project
Management and Engineering Support.

contractors and visitors, whether at the office, workshop or on any of the contracted sites.
